Vizpane provides data visualization and analysis tools that allow users to upload, process, and visualize their data. We offer both free and premium services with different features and capabilities.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
4. Free and Premium Services
Free Service: Users may upload and process up to three files without payment. After the third upload, users must upgrade to continue using the service.
Premium Service: Upon payment of the applicable fee, users gain access to unlimited file uploads and additional features, including interactive dashboards and advanced visualization tools.
5. Payment Terms
Premium services require payment. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6. User Content
You retain all rights to the data you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You are solely responsible for the data you upload and must ensure that you have the necessary rights to use and share such data. You agree not to upload any content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or contains illegal or harmful material.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
