Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website (vizpane.com), on what legal basis, and the rights you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.

2. What we process, and why
Server log files
When you load a page, our hosting provider automatically records technical data needed to deliver the site securely: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations and are then deleted or anonymised.
When you contact us
If you email us (e.g. hello@vizpane.com) we process the data you provide to handle your request — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in responding). We keep this correspondence only as long as necessary, subject to any statutory retention periods.
3. Cookies & tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking. Any cookies, if used at all, are strictly necessary for the site to function.
4. Fonts & assets
Fonts and other assets are served from our own servers. We do not load fonts from third-party content delivery networks, so no data about you is transmitted to font providers when you view this site.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (owner: René Münnich), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, who processes the server log data described above on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.
6. Recipients & international transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (such as our host), bound by contract. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA unless adequate safeguards are in place.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise any of these, email hello@vizpane.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The current version always applies and is dated above.
