These terms govern your use of the VizPane website at vizpane.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site presents information about VizPane and how it can be used. It is provided for general informational purposes. Any use of the VizPane product or service itself is governed by a separate agreement.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the “VizPane” name — are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute material from the Site without prior written permission, except for normal personal viewing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Germany.
